I had a rather difficult situation to remove rainwater away from my house. After several bids and sub par solutions offered from other companies, Dan from Mile High Seamless gutters came to our rescue. They installed the gutters the way that I had asked, and because I have no idea what I am doing with gutters, it wasn't working to solve our issue. Dan came in with some very out of the box solutions that addressed our drainage concerns. They really do stand by their work and they spent a lot of extra time re-working the gutters until they were done correctly. This is something that is unfortunately rare with contractors these days and I appreciated it so much that it has prompted this review. I also witnessed Dan going through the job site multiple times to locate any stray screws or touch up the smallest scuffs with paint. A true perfectionist. Call these guys first if you want the job done right. Or, call them second to come fix the other companies poor craftsmanship. Lastly, Brenda who answers the phone and deals with billing is a real sweetheart, and has a true ability to brighten your day! Not something you expect when calling a gutter company.
Great Experience Got a gutter replaced on my sunroom. Gray bid it for me and made sure everything was ordered and in place. Damian came and installed it for me about 2 weeks later. I just showed up and everything was done and perfect! Easiest transaction ever. Everyone there is so kind and very helpful, including Brenda who took my payment over the phone. Thank you.
Ken was my estimator. He showed up and was professional, kind and efficient! I agreed to the gutters, gutter guard, snow guards for my home in conifer Colorado. I was given a call by the office and given notice for my installation date! Wq crew arrived on time, as promised! The crew was very professional, clean, kind, self-sufficient!! I was given a walk-through when the project was completed and my warranty paperwork. I was very happy with my experience. I live in Conifer, Colorado But I run exterior remodeling companies in the Chicagoland market… Coming from someone who is in the industry myself and runs a very tight ship and offer my customers excellent customer service and amazing craftsmanship..I was more than thrilled to find a quality exterior remodeling company for my own home here! I highly recommend this company and I’m thankful for how kind everybody was to me I highly recommend this company and I’m thankful for how kind everybody was to me (A single mom!!) thank you Ken, Wayne, crew and office staff!
We had a great experience with Mile High Seamless Gutters. Our gutters had not been cleaned in about 2-3 years (whoops) and we also had some damage to a few of them. Came out and did a preemptive assessment quickly. Then sent a team of 2 to the house about a week and a half later (had to order some gutters in the color we needed) and got the job done quickly. Looks great and functioning very well. They are also extremely reasonably priced. Will definitely be using again, excellent job and great customer service, cannot recommend enough!
I had hail damage to my roof and gutters where Ken stop by and give me a estimate for gutter replacement. Ken is very honest and explain to me that I don’t need gutter replacement since I only have some dents. He also spend the time to answer some other questionS I had about my gutter and the way I can improve my gutter when it’s time to replace it. Love Ken, will use him when I need a new gutter.
We had Mile High come out to replace all of the gutters on our home after hail damage. We also did not have gutters on a bay in the back of our home that we wanted to add. They did an absolutely phenomenal job! Instantly increased the value and curb appeal to our home. Crew was very respectful, kind and did a great job with clean up. I would absolutely recommend them, and would hire in the future if needed.
Mr. Mitch Mrsny,
My name is Bryan Schultz and I am the Secretary of the South Denver Lodge #93 Temple Association.
I had the distinct pleasure of contacting your company, Mile High Seamless Gutters, to Request a bid for work on our building.
Starting from the initial phone call to request an estimate, speaking with Brenda, your employees showed the utmost courtesy and professionalism. When Grey Adams showed up to inspect and gather the necessary data for the estimate, he was very personable, professional, and polite.
The entire acceptance of the estimate took almost a month on our part, as the Association had to do out “due diligence”, however, we made the best decision in choosing to accept your company’s estimate.
The work began on Wednesday, July 12, 2016, and continued to Thursday, July 14th as the project was logistically challenging. The crew members who worked on this project were Kyle, Rob, David, Jose, Jere, Wayne, Cam and Omar. Each of these men were professional and all worked together well. Thier comradery, and teamwork were exemplary and professional. They were all task oriented and from set-up, to clean-up they showed a professionalism that I have rarely come across. Each of these men worked diligently and gave the task their best. None would accept sloppy or incomplete or inadequate work. I feel each of these men are to be commended for a job professionally well done. They are an asset to your business. Please take the time to let each of them know how truly valued they are to your company.
In conclusion, I would like to say that I will personally recommend “Mile High Seamless Gutters” to everyone who asks. I will let them know that they will not regret hiring “Mile High Seamless Gutters.”
Please feel comfortable in contacting me if you need more information.
“Very fair price and provided an honest price. Originally was 3 weeks out for install, but they were able to fit my job in within a week before more weather came down. Every person that I interacted with there was a first class and treated me with good old fashioned customer service team collaboration tools.”
We are very Impressed with the new gutters and professionalism of your installation team and of course, Brenda online collaboration tools.
On 06-08-2015 Mile High Gutters installed new flashing, and new gutter system, replacing the defective system. I had left town the previous Saturday, after struggling with heavy rains causing 2 weeks worth of garage flooding, due to 0-pitch no drain garage gutters, and a waterfall with resulting front-yard-lake, from NorthWest 0-pitch front porch and house gutters no-draining gutters. I returned from my grandaughters graduation Monday evening, 6-08-2015 to see the following changes in the gutter and flashing system:
- colored marks on roof, every 1 foot, indicating pitch to be placed throughout entire garage and house
- TIGHT gutters to fascia boards, angled to ensure drainage stayed in gutter from roof.
- TIGHT flashing to fascia boards
- cap ends flush against house siding. open gutters on flat roofs capped
- ALL corners had three components to stop leaking: seam, underside folded over seam, caulking over each inside. metal screws as well
- jointed downspouts with stabilizer bracket to hold in place when not needed
- caulking around all downspout openings inside gutters
- three downspouts added
- corrected fascia water damage from faulty gutter system removed
- WATER TESTED all gutter system, garage and house
- After heavy rainfall Thursday 6-11-2015 (3″ in birdbath) there was NO GARAGE flooding, NO front yard lake. Friday afternoon, gutters were DRY, when I got out the ladder and inspected house and garage.
I spoke to Dan Oliver, who oversaw the entire job, and he explained how difficult and messy the installation of the flashing and new gutter system was, due to all the standing water, mud, and debris. However, there was NO mess left in the flower beds, lawn, or driveway from the installation crew.
I HIGHLY recommend Mile Hugh Gutters.
I appreciate all of your reviewing, and time spent helping me resolve this consumer issues. You are providing a valuable source to the Denver area where we really need it. I had found out in the process of researching gutter systems, that the gutter industry had been deregulated when Governor Hickenlooper came into office. And one of the consequences has been a change in the customer service.
As always, in any industry, there’s a solid group of workers willing to go the extra mile for all jobs. You and Mile Hugh Gutters are just such workers, and I am a very grateful consumer!!!!
